We’re serious about how food fuels you

Formulated by our nutrition and culinary teams.

What makes GemPrep’d different from other “healthy meal” brands?

Most “healthy” ready meals are ultra-processed or packed with sodium to last longer. GemPrep’d is different — our meals are chef-crafted fresh from real organic produce, with no preservatives or artificial additives. Just clean, nourishing food that fits your day.

How fresh are the meals when they arrive?

Every GemPrep’d box is made-to-order, then shipped chilled (not frozen) to lock in flavor and nutrients. Most meals stay fresh in your fridge for up to 5–6 days.

Do I need to cook anything?

No cooking required. Everything arrives pre-cut, pre-portioned, and ready to eat. Just open, dress, and enjoy — no prep, no cleanup.

Is GemPrep’d suitable for my diet?

Yes! Our meals are plant-forward, gluten-free, and dairy-optional, with balanced macros designed by nutritionists. Whether you’re focused on gut health, energy, or weight balance, GemPrep’d supports your goals naturally.

What if I don’t like my first order?

No worries — you’re covered by our 30-Day Freshness Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your first box. Simple as that.

How often can I get deliveries?

You can choose between one-time purchase or weekly flexible plans. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime — no commitments.

How does shipping work?

We currently deliver to most U.S. states within 2–3 business days. Shipping is free for all first-time customers.
